Is it me being cynical or is it just a coincidence that all the screen shots in the Mcad review are the exact same screenshots that can be found in the PS7 Beta thread. This does make me wonder exactly who wrote this review.
Cheers,
Mick.

Mick,

Come on now, be nice:-) I would think that the reviewer would just use available images in his article rather than create new screenshots. I would think this is common practice. Then again perhaps I am naive.

Steve

Where did the images come from?

Al Dean wrote the review, we just gave hime the images.

Every year, Delcam hosts a Sales Partner Meeting which aims to train all our Partners and resellers in exactly what the latest versions of all our software can do. Part of this is obviously to help us sell more, but it is just as important for us to ensure that all our partners can offer you the best possible service and support. As part of this event, our Support Engineers create a set of new demonstrations that highlight the latest functionality. When Al Dean visited us to prepare his review, we naturally showed him the toy motorcycle demo that was prepared for this year's meeting. Images from that same demo were also used for other documentation to support the product.

It's not sinister, but it's not coincidence either. It just saves all concerned an awful lot of work. Other articles and reviews will be appearing over the coming weeks, so don't be too surprised if the graphics are similar for them too!

Anybody proofread the hardcopy version. Front cover advertises PowerMill 7.0, consider my disappointment at the review not a single word about toolpath creation
